Our Office
Our office is meant to give clients space to slow down, talk honestly, and focus on the future without feeling like they have to perform or have every answer ready. This is a place to think through who you trust, what you care about, what you want protected, and what would make life easier for the people closest to you.
Whether you come in with a full list of decisions or only a general sense that it is time to make a plan, Rhea will meet you there and help turn the conversation into clear next steps.
Who We Serve
Clarity Estate Planning works with Atlanta clients who are ready to put important decisions in writing, at any stage of life.
That may mean a couple buying their first place near Ponce City Market, a young family in Inman Park, a homeowner in Cabbagetown, an artist building a body of work, a business owner thinking ahead, a pet person who wants their dog cared for, or someone helping a parent while trying to keep their own life moving.
Our clients include married and unmarried partners, LGBTQIA+ clients, chosen families, parents, caregivers, renters, homeowners, creatives, professionals, and people who simply want the law to reflect the life they are actually living.

Our Community Commitment
Clarity Estate Planning was built for the people and neighborhoods around us. Rhea’s work is shaped by the community outside her door: Old Fourth Ward, the Beltline, nearby Atlanta neighborhoods, and the people who make this city feel alive.
That commitment shows up in the way the firm talks about planning, the people it welcomes, and the care we take with every client conversation. Estate planning should account for different family structures, chosen family, partners, pets, creative work, caregiving responsibilities, property, and the personal details that may not fit neatly into a standard form.
Our goal is to help more people see estate planning as something that belongs to them, not someday, but now.
